Error message: "Notes error: someone else modified this document at the same time (log.nsf)", when installing WirelessMail

This error is common when your Notes mail file has a feature called 'Soft Deletions' enabled while running the WirelessMail installation. It is easily resolved.

1. Select your mail file and choose File \ Database \ Properties.
2. Click the last tab and de-select 'Allow soft deletions'
3. Replicate your mail if you're working locally, and then try re-installing WirelessMail. Replicate again if working locally.



4. After WirelessMail is installed correctly, you can repeat the step above and re-enable 'Allow soft deletions'.
