I receive some messages, but not others
If the messages you are not receiving all have file attachments, then please see this support doc.
If some of the messages you are not receiving do not have file attachments, then do the following...
Select a message that was not forwarded, and choose Actions\WirelessMail\Test filtering rules on selected message...
- If WirelessMail reports a reason why it would NOT forward the message then follow the instructions given. Often, filter settings will prevent certain messages from forwarding.
- If WirelessMail reports that it will forward that message (but it did not), then continue below...
- If yes, then this means WirelessMail is forwarding the messages but they are getting held up somewhere in the outbound path to the internet. Please see steps 4 and 5 in this support doc for further information.
- If there is no antenna icon, please submit a support request and complete all fields.
