I receive emails from internal Notes addresses, but not from internet addresses
It is possible that your mail server is configured to not allow emails from an external address to be routed to the outgoing mailbox.
Open your mail file and choose Actions - WirelessMail - Configuration
Click the Advanced Tab and change the following under Original Email Fields
- Original From to Notes Email Address (maps to From)
to Original From (maps to Principal)
Save and close.
This will mark all emails forwarded to your device as being from you, which will allow them to be routed through the outgoing mailbox.
The drawback is emails received on your device may not show the original sender, but when you click Reply To it should insert the correct address in the To: field.
