WirelessMail V4.0 released

MartinScott released WirelessMail 4.0, including dozens of enhancements. WirelessMail for Domino is the easiest and most affordable way to receive and reply to your Lotus Notes email from any mobile device. WirelessMail is a powerful and configurable mail forwarding agent that relays the emails you want, when you want, to your mobile device. WirelessMail works with RIM/BlackBerry, PocketPC, Palm, SideKick, Symbian, cellphones, and pagers.

Version 4.0 includes entirely new message routing which preserves the entire recipient list, allowing replies to all recipients from the user's handheld device. The latest version of WirelessMail also includes multiple device specific profiles for scheduling, optimization, and new file attachment rules. Remote control commands allow mobile users to configure system settings, query mail and calendar, lookup addresses, and resend forwarded messages all from the handheld. Improved spam filtering and handling, body phrase filtering on MIME-encoded messages, and whitelisting of messages from addresses to which the user has sent email greatly improve the usability of WirelessMail for business class mobile email. Improved statistics logging and reporting between any two dates makes WirelessMail easy to reconcile with metered data service bills.

Upcoming version 4.1 will include iNotes (web mail) support as well as a centralized administration console for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting of all WirelessMail users.

WirelessMail 4.0 is priced at US$59 per user for Personal Licenses, or $1999 per CPU for unlimited users on a Domino server. WirelessMail works with Domino 5.x and later, on any platform that runs Lotus Domino.
